Johan has 15 years of international experience in structuring and new business development. He started his career at Barclays Investment Bank in the United Kingdom on the structuring team where he was responsible for developing novel products and providing bespoke derivative solutions to institutional and retail clients. Following his time with Barclays, he worked at Nordea in Sweden where he was responsible for structuring and managing investment products sold across Nordic countries. He holds a Masters in Science from the Stockholm School of Economics.
